Here's How
You need a bag of marshmallows &(optional) a bag of minature marshmallows Or Cotton Balls
A baggie, A sandwich bag, A freezer bag, the choice is yours!
Put marshmallows (or cotton balls)in bag a few of each or one size.
Options; You can put a little sugar in bottom or some artifical snow, a couple of pine needles or leaves, you can even spray paint them or use a fineline marker to add a saying or a name. Or add a piece of wrinkled up toilet paper
Now you can print out the following labels, cut to fit, fold in half and staple to top of bag,
Or you can make your own custom tags.
